A 38-story, 1500-room convention hotel. The hotel includes a 150,000 sf underground ballroom complex, with a 40,000 sf Grand Ballroom. The hotel officially opened on the same day as the Loma Prieta Earthquake in 1989, without structural damage.

A pair of research/educational buildings atop underground parking. This 268,000 sf assignment included a 5-story building with 38 research labs and a 2-story building with teaching labs, a lecture hall and cafeteria.

A 270-room luxury resort on the famed 17 Mile Drive, this resort features wood-framed guest room wings of 2 and 3 stories. The 270,000 sf complex is surrounded by an 18-hole championship golf course.
