Hardip's award-winning structural design career includes 10 years in Phoenix and 21 years at the former firm of Middlebrook + Louie prior to becoming a founding Principal of Pannu Larsen McCartney. He's led the structural design of many major projects such as International Boarding Area "G" at San Francisco International Airport, the "W" Hotel in San Francisco, Highland Alameda County Hospital's Koret Emergency Outpatient Center in Oakland, and most recently the new CalSTRS Headquarters Building in West Sacramento. He holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. Hardip is a registered Structural Engineer in California and Arizona.

Danil graduated with an M.Sc. in Civil and Structural Engineering from Kishinev Polytechnic Institute. After 15 years in the State Design Company in the Ukraine, Danil immigrated to the US where he has worked with various structural Engineering Companies since 1989. Danil has worked as a Project Engineer on a variety of project types, such as Sun Microsystems Bay Area Campus, Phase 1 in Santa Clara, Capitol Area East End Complex in Sacramento, Highland Alameda County Hospital Critical Care Addition in Oakland and Marriott Desert Ridge Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Danil has worked with the Principals of Pannu Larsen McCartney for 15 years.

Daniel received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the National Engineering University (Peru) and holds a Master of Science in Structural & Earthquake Engineering from San Francisco State University. With over 10 years of experience in structural engineering, Daniel has a passion on developing engineering tools including standard design spreadsheets. Daniel has worked on a variety of project types, such as Main and Marshall in Redwood City, America Center Garage & Amenity Building in San Jose, Oracle SC09 & SCA10 Bldg. in Santa Clara. Daniel is a registered Structural Engineer in California..
