Pannu Larsen McCartney, Inc. is a full service structural engineering design and consulting firm that started operations on Nov 15th, 2010. For many years prior thereto, PLM's principals have been the structural engineers of choice for many of northern California's top architects, developers, and design/build contractors. Our quality service is made possible by our dedicated and experienced staff and the personal involvement of the firm's principals, from concept through completion, in every project.

Our range of project types encompasses nearly every building type imaginable using a wide array of construction materials: concrete, prestressed concrete, steel, light gage steel and wood. PLM's principals and engineers have provided structural engineering services for several of the region's finest buildings as well as significant international structures in Europe, the Far East and South-East Asia.
