A pair of research/educational buildings atop underground parking. This 268,000 sf assignment included a 5-story building with 38 research labs and a 2-story building with teaching labs, a lecture hall and cafeteria. The project was designed by an engineering firm at which the principals of Pannu Larsen McCartney, Inc. were formerly associated as principals. PLM's principals were not involved in the design of this project. This project was undertaken prior to PLM's principals' employment in the firm. It is included as being representative of the type of structures for which PLM offers design services.
