A 270-room luxury resort on the famed 17 Mile Drive, this resort features wood-framed guest room wings of 2 and 3 stories. The 270,000 sf complex is surrounded by an 18-hole championship golf course. The project was designed by an engineering firm at which the principals of Pannu Larsen McCartney, Inc. were formerly associated as principals. PLM's principals were not involved in the design of this project. This project was undertaken prior to PLM's principals' employment in the firm. It is included as being representative of the type of structures for which PLM offers design services.
