ROBERT D. McCARTNEY

Bob has spearheaded numerous major assignments, such as the US Courthouse and Federal Building in Sacramento and headquarters campuses for Altera, Alza, Brocade, and Nortel Networks. A principal for over 16 years at the former Middlebrook and Louie, he is now one of the founding Principals of Pannu Larsen McCartney. Bob received his engineering degree from the University of Illinois. Bob is a California-registered Structural Engineer.
