Redwood City, California

These buildings were originally designed for Excite @ Home Headquarters. There are four concrete-framed office buildings of 3 and 4 stories above one level of below grade parking of 400,000 sf. The development won a Design Excellence Award in 2002 from the Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute. This campus is now adapted to serve as an Outpatient Care facility for Stanford Medical. A principal now of PLM, together with other engineers belonging to a firm in which PLM's principals were formerly principals, was involved in the structural engineering services provided for the project.
