Built in 1990, Terminal 4 is 8 story concrete frame building with top 3 levels for car parking. The building structure features split departure and arrival levels with boarding gates for major airlines. Additional levels were added on top of 8 levels for providing more parking spaces. Other uses include retail shops, food service, administrative and mechanical spaces. The principal now of PLM, together with other engineers belonging to a firm in which PLM's principal was also an employee, were involved in the structural engineering services provided for the project.
